What the Soldiers Brought Home

This site is devoted to the troops represented in the Nodaway County Historical Society Museum and the items some of them brought back from their respective wars. Although soldiers have brought back artifacts from wars for many reasons, the men highlighted here chose to donate their items to the museum as both a reminder of what they had experienced overseas and as tools to educate the next generation.
